Monday to Friday - Full time - Dayshift

Must have similar managerial experience within a Production environment. Must have injection moulding experience, however suitable candidates with proven experience in hi-tech engineering will be considered. Must have excellent managerial skills, be able to encourage career development, with excellent communication skills. Will be responsible for 18 staff and 17 machines, ensuring work is profitable and carried out to the highest standard possible. Will liaise with clients as required, work with quality management systems and identify best working practice. Will be responsible for scheduling rotas, planning workload and overseeing staff, ensuring best working practice with a view to staff career development.

Must have managerial experience within a production environment

Must have injection moulding experience
