Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5pm

We are looking to appoint a recent Graduate to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant as part of an Internship scheme. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the generation of new business opportunities and the sourcing, selection and placement of candidates into roles. This is a varied role with a large focus on outbound telesales to businesses in the Tyne Wear Region. You will work from a database contacting potential customers to discuss our products and services whilst finding information out about organisations. You will also be responsible for the placing of job adverts, screening of CVs, interviewing of candidates and reference checking. This role is well suited to candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving success. No previous experience is required as full training will be given.
