Starting as a Consultant in 2002 working for an International Recruitment Agency, I progressed through to Branch Manager and then Area Manager before establishing KES Solutions UK in 2007. We have exponentially grown since the company’s inception and I firmly believe this is due to our honest approach and high standards. The ethos that runs through our business is to treat clients and candidates with the utmost respect and always ensure to keep our integrity.
My career in recruitment began in 2002, I was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to work across various parts of the business, my roles included, sales, account management, resourcing, payroll and finally management. My experience is predominantly within Industrial, Technical, Commercial and Rail industries. I joined KES Solutions in 2020 to support the team and branch achieve their goals while continuing to deliver an exceptional customer experience for clients and candidates.
Prior to joining KES Solutions in 2021 my only recruitment experience was as a direct recruiter, I have a wealth of experience in the sub-prime finance sector where I have worked as an Area Manager for many years managing teams of Account Managers, Sale and Credit Control Teams. Having Managed teams for so many years and dealt with customer facing situations throughout my working career I have plenty transferable skills which will assist me in my new role as Resource Team Manager.
I joined KES Solutions in May 2011 having worked previously within recruitment from leaving school gaining quite a lot of experience in the industry. I started out with KES in Administration and quickly moved onto a Recruitment, Payroll and Account Management role. I have excellent knowledge and skills to enable me to find the right candidate for your business. In 2021 I was promoted to Systems & Compliance Manager, I now also deal with in-house system updates and compliance management.
I joined KES in 2012 and was promoted to Senior Consultant in 2015 and Branch Manager in 2016. Following on from my Maternity Leave, I decided to step away from the Manager’s position to focus on Business Development, Clients and Candidates. I have a degree in Business Management and sound experience of recruiting across all sectors. With over 11 years experience within the recruitment industry I have excellent skills which enable me to find the right candidate for your company.
I joined KES Solutions in September 2017 and following maternity I returned in 2019. I graduated with a degree in Applied Communication and started in recruitment in 2006 as an Administrator for a national recruitment company. After a few months I realised I wanted to be a consultant. I have worked within the industrial sector for 13 years working on a variety of contracts specialising in temporary recruitment.
I am an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the industry. I started with KES Solutions in August 2014 and have recruited both temporary and permanent workers across the UK. I now work between two sectors and financial services in the North West and chemical in the North East. This includes all permanent placements within these areas and industries.
I started with KES Solutions in October 2015. I have over 10 years recruitment experience within industrial and commercial sectors. My main roles have been managing and resourcing for large volume accounts such as automotive, food production and contact centres. My role is to resource, screen and interview potential candidates. I am also responsible for the day to day running of our main accounts.
I joined KES Solutions in November 2020. Prior to this I spent 7 years working as an Account Manager for Cellular Solutions NE working with O2 business clients. Before this I worked as an Insurance Advisor for 16 years within sales/customer services. This is my first time as a recruiter and I hope to gain and learn more skills and look forward to working with our clients and helping candidates find the right job.
I joined KES in July 2021. Recruitment is new to me but a nice new change to my career. I previously worked twelve years for company that carried out medical reports for personal injury claims. Five years on the Customer Service Team and seven years within the medical records. I spoke with Solicitors , Medical Experts, members of the public and record providers to obtain and process the information to back up claims.
I have recently joined KES Solutions in Autumn 2021 and I am looking to kickstart a new chapter in my career. This is my first full time recruitment position and I am currently recruiting temporary workers for industrial contracts. In previous roles I have gained years of experience working within customer service and the management and administration of over 40 different client accounts. I hope to use these skills to develop business opportunities and progress.
I am brand new to recruitment having joined KES Solutions in October 2021 and this being my first role within the industry. Prior to this I spent over a year within a call centre environment as a Sales Agent. I also have a few years experience working within factories and warehouses. In my current role I specialise in getting people into work on temporary contracts within the industrial sector and building relationships with my candidates and clients.
I started with KES Solutions in January 2019. I previously worked within recruitment as a Resourcer / Administrator for over four years. Prior to this I have an extensive background in administration ranging from weekly payroll and reception to sourcing for candidates which includes all background vetting and checking. My role with KES Solutions is to carry out all branch administration, payroll and supporting the team.
