Starting as a Consultant in 2002 working for an International Recruitment Agency, I progressed through to Branch Manager and then Area Manager before establishing KES Solutions UK in 2007. We have exponentially grown since the company’s inception and I firmly believe this is due to our honest approach and high standards. The ethos that runs through our business is to treat clients and candidates with the utmost respect and always ensure to keep our integrity.
With a degree in Business Management I specialise in Technical Recruitment with 7 years experience in the recruitment industry. My main focus is within the Chemical and Automotive Manufacturing sectors although I have experience across a range of industries. I am responsible for the full Recruitment Life Cycle. I joined KES in 2012 and promoted to a Senior Consultant in 2015 and Branch Manager in December 2016.
I joined KES Solutions in January 2017. Having only experienced a recruitment role briefly as an apprentice my role at KES as an industrial consultant is my first full time recruitment position. I have many years sales experience working with EE both as an Inbound Customer Advisor and a Retail Advisor. I hope to use these skills to develop business opportunities at KES Solutions and progress into a senior consultant role within the company.
I started working at KES Solutions in August 2014 after always working in Sales. This was my first position in recruitment. After a relocation to South West England in December 2016, where I continued to work in recruitment, I have returned to KES Solutions in July 2018. I initially focused on the Warehousing and Industrial industry but now look after the Technical and Engineering sector, across the NE.
I joined KES Solutions in September 2017 before going on maternity and returned in January 2019. I graduated with a degree in Applied Communication and started in recruitment in 2006 as an Administrator for a national recruitment company. After a few months I realised I wanted to be a consultant. I have worked within the industrial sector for 13 years working on a variety of contracts specialising in temporary recruitment.
After completing my degree in Business and Management, I joined KES Solutions in May 2018. I have previously had a few years experience in the retail sector by working in a Designer Outlet in Oxfordshire. This experience has allowed me to develop my communication and customer service skills which is crucial in the recruitment sector. I am fairly new to recruitment and currently gaining experience through training at KES.
I joined KES Solutions UK Ltd in June 2016 as a Resourcing Specialist. Prior to this I spent two years working for a national agency as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant and I worked for many years in customer services before that. During my time in recruitment I have realised that my passion is working with clients to resource for roles as well as helping candidates find the perfect job – My skill is matching candidates to the right job.
I have over 10 years experience within the recruitment industry, starting out in administration and moving onto a recruitment and Account Management role. I have excellent knowledge and skills to enable me to find the right candidate for your company. Specialising in volume contracts I have a dedicated and methodical approach. Currently I am dealing with both manufacturing and contact centre contracts.
I started with KES Solutions in October 2015. I have over 10 years recruitment experience within industrial and commercial sectors. My main roles have been managing and resourcing for large volume accounts such as automotive, food production and contact centres. My role is to resource, screen and interview potential candidates for all live vacancies. I am also responsible for the day to day running of some of our main contact centre accounts.
I started with KES Solutions in January 2019. I previously worked within recruitment as a Resourcer / Administrator for four years. Prior to this I have an extensive background in administration ranging from weekly payroll and reception to sourcing candidates which includes all background vetting and checking. My role with KES Solutions is to carry out all branch administration to support the team.
