Very reactive and used to carrying out preventative repair and maintenance on various production equipment including Ima machines and associated packaging equipment including Schubert, Meurer, Rovema and Uva machines. Modification of existing control systems. Maintenance, modification and programming of PLC systems including Omron and Allen Bradley. Also has extensive Continuous Improvement experience. |

Able to utilise Allen Bradley PLC's and SLC control systems using RS Logix 5 and 500 software packages and can interpret electrical drawings carrying out drawing modifications due to improvement upgrades, mechanical drawings and machine handbooks. |
