An experienced Time Served Maintenance Electrician with over 20 years experience. Very reactive and used to carrying out preventative repair and maintenance on various production equipment including Ima machines and associated packaging equipment including Schubert, Meurer, Rovema and Uva machines. Modification of existing control systems. Maintenance, modification and programming of PLC systems including Omron and Allen Bradley. Also has extensive Continuous Improvement experience. |
KES 101 Fabrication Supervisor |
A time served Plater with excellent welding skills and experience in the Fabrication/Engineering Industry. Most recently a Fabrication Supervisor in a heavy engineering fabrication shop. Used to working from engineering drawings with fine tolerances and has experience with purchasing, production planning and scheduling team workloads. Able to ensure production is maintained and machinery remains 100% operational at all times with any downtime due to faults being kept to a minimum to meet time constraints of time conscious products. Easily able to install, commission, service, fault rectify and calibrate plant machinery and services ranging from extra low voltage control systems to medium voltage. Able to utilise Allen Bradley PLC's and SLC control systems using RS Logix 5 and 500 software packages and can interpret electrical drawings carrying out drawing modifications due to improvement upgrades, mechanical drawings and machine handbooks. |
