I joined KES Solutions in 2021 after spending many years in the sub-prime finance sector, where I worked as an Area Manager overseeing Account Managers, Sales, and Credit Control teams. My experience in leadership, team development, and customer-facing roles has provided me with a solid foundation in people management and relationship building.
Since joining KES, I’ve been able to combine my management expertise with a passion for recruitment supporting both clients and candidates while leading the Resource Team.
