Call Centre Staff Wanted

We are currently working with a number of contact centres across the North East and actively recruiting candidates in both Customer Services and Sales. Experience is advantageous but more important is the passion to provide a high quality customer service or for sales the drive to succeed.

The main duties for customer service would include;

· Taking inbound calls
· Customer Service
· Admin
· Back Office
· Emails

The main duties for sales would include;
· Cold calling customers
· Working to targets
· Up Selling company products
· Customer Service
· Account management

These are full time positions working various shifts between Monday to Friday, weekends if and when required.
