Job description

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Spennymoor. This position will be working on a temporary contract for a period of 4 months. Ideally this will be to start on the 12th June and will finish on the 11th October. The reason for this position being a 4 month temporary contract is to assist the customer service team dealing with customer orders in a peak time of the year for the business. If the workload was to continue, the contract could also end up being extended. 

The main duties for this role:
  • Data Entry
  • Regular use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Answering phone calls
  • Processing customers orders
  • Liaising with all internal departments and teams

Essential Experience:

  • Previous Administration experience
