Customer Claims Advisor

Job description

We are currently recruiting for Customer Claims Advisors for an expanding contact centre based in Wakefield. 

The ideal candidate will be flexible, self-motivated and target driven with a good telephone manner.

Candidates applying must have previous customer service experience either face to face or over the telephone (this does not need to be within a contact centre environment).

You must have a passion for providing a high-quality service to customers and be able to deal with issues with compassion and empathy.

Salary £8.27 Per Hour

Hours of work 39.5 hours per week. For the first 12 weeks you will worked Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. After 12 weeks you will work 39.5 hours per week, various shifts between 7am-10pm Monday to Sunday.
