Marketing Support Administrator

Job description

Our Client requires a Marketing Support Administrator to join their team. The role involves offering support to the Sales and Marketing Manager by carrying out marketing and administration duties, including research and support in the redesign of the companies website including a focus on developing their social media presence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with market research and development of their website and social media platforms
  • Offering support to Sales and Marketing teams
  • Respond to customers when required via face to face or over the phone
  • General Administration
  • Liaise with various departments for updates and to manage timescales
  • Monthly Invoicing

Essential Experience:

  • Computer literate and competent in using systems such as Microsoft Packages, excell and outlook
  • Able to assume responsibility for the completion of tasks in a timely manner
  • Must be a team player who is adaptable with the ability to work on their own and with others
  • Takes pride in their attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Able to use their initiative in identifying what needs to be done and being proactive in resolving problems and getting on with their day to day work.

Desirable Experience:
  • A Marketing or Admin background is highly desirable
