KES Solutions UK is an independent recruitment company based on the outskirts of Houghton-Le-Spring. Established in 2007 we have grown year on year and now with a team of 12 we have become one of the trusted agencies of the North East. Due to further expansion we are looking to recruit a Resourcer to join our team. This is very much an administrative role whilst also offering high levels of customer service to our clients and candidates.
Responsibilities Include:
Understanding a variety of customers staffing needs across the North East region, including Manufacturing, Warehousing, Engineering, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Business Support industries
Advertising of job roles
Carry out compliance checks such as right to work, etc.
Processing new starter documentation and pre-payroll associated tasks
Carrying out on-site inductions, including H&S protocols
Resolving any queries or issues from client / workers
Maintaining and monitoring agreed KPI’s and service level agreements
Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants
Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
