To maintain administration procedures in line with company standards of quality and performance
Principal responsibilities;
Ensure chargeable dockets are processed according to department requirements. Checking worksheets accurately to reduce the number of credits being processed. Collating engineers daywork reports weekly. Field Line Manager’s reports. Reduce National Account rejections. Ordering of equipment for engineers and chasing if necessary. Answer telephone calls, ensuring that messages are passed accordingly. Produce reports as required and defined by the Service Manager, FLM’s and engineers. Provide cover, where possible, for other team members when required. Any other administration requests as and when required.
