I started my recruitment career with KES Solutions in 2014 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant before moving away in 2017. I’m delighted to have returned to KES Solutions in June 2026, bringing with me a wealth of experience across fixed-term, permanent and temporary recruitment. Over the years, I’ve developed a broad understanding of the recruitment process and the different challenges and requirements involved in supporting both clients and candidates.In my current role, I’m able to combine my previous experience with a strong focus on account management, resource management and business development. I really enjoy building strong relationships with clients and candidates, taking the time to understand their needs and finding the right recruitment solutions for them.
I’m passionate about building genuine, long-term relationships and providing a professional, responsive and consultative service. Having returned to the North East, I’m particularly pleased to be working in a market I know well and to be supporting local businesses and candidates with their recruitment needs.
