We are recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in Follingsby Park. This is a permanent opportunity within a company that continues to expand year on year.

This role is ideal for a Team/Section Manager with strong people management skills with experience gained within fast-paced warehousing, distribution or retail environments.

This Warehouse Team Manager role operates on a structured continental shift pattern:

• 4 days on / 4 days off
• 12-hour day shifts
• Followed by 12-hour night shifts

This rota provides consistent rest periods while supporting a high-performing warehouse operation.

As a Warehouse Team Manager you will:

• Lead, motivate and manage a warehouse team
• Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct performance reviews and support staff development
• Plan and allocate labour and operational resources effectively
• Monitor operational costs and efficiency
• Ensure KPIs and daily targets are consistently achieved
• Promote high performance and a positive team culture
• Maintain excellent customer service standards

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager or Logistics Supervisor
• Proven people management experience within a warehousing or distribution environment

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated with resilience and drive
• Confident addressing performance and challenging behaviours where required
• Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Adaptable and open to change
• Customer-focused approach
